Dichtol

Metal impregnation of castings, molds and thermal spray coatings

Dichtol is used for impregnating and sealing of metals, alloys and other micro-porous materials.

Simply spray, brush or dip on the spot, no machinery or energy required.

Against hairline cracks and porosities from approx. 0 - 0.5 mm, without pressure, without vacuum, temperature resistant to -60/+500° C.

Dichtol penetrates deeply by excellent creeping properties (extremely good capillary effect) into micro voids of any material; curing chemically at room conditions impregnating all micro voids up to 500 bar pressure, 500°C temperature, highly resistant to strong chemicals.

Dichtol benefits include deep impregnation in place and on the spot, or large areas, without pressure, without temperature, for all metal alloys, ready for use with no mixing, colorless (no optical changes), cures fast (at room temperature).
